This acquisition is undoubtedly another significant initiative of GRAM in LED field after what it has done similarly to NATIONSTAR in 2014.

The alliance between GRAM and NATIONSTAR, FSL means something profound but not just two simple acquisitions. It shows, to some extent, the value from SOE enterprises and government.
